For more than 30 years, Beckmann Studio has been involved in art for public spaces. Past clients range from gaming resorts to executive office developments to public facilities such as McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas and the U.S. Botanic Garden on the Capital Mall in Washington, D.C.

Whether Beckmann Studio has worked directly for these clients, or for designers and architects hired by them, a requirement of this work is that it is accessible physically and intellectually to a wide variety of viewers. Our murals always acknowledge the vision, design and budget parameters of our clients.

Many different types of materials are used to create murals, and the type of pigments, surfaces and supports used for a mural are selected based on the individual needs of each project.
